Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking an Allocator to drive inventory management for its DTC, retail stores and ecommerce site. The role collaborates with Merchandisers/Planners to keep sales and stock aligned with business objectives and market trends.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years in merchandising/planning, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, independent, team-focused mindset. The hourly rate ranges from $24 to $25, with benefits and clothing allowances included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of merchandising, planning or analytical experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Understanding of retail math.

Responsibilities

• Review size profiles and manage bulk order creation across markets.
• Communicate in-warehouse dates to cross-functional partners.
• Develop allocation strategy considering OTB, product performance, trends, and store feedback.
• Generate weekly reports and analyze data to understand store personas and overall business.
• Own in-season replenishment and manage bulks for ecommerce and store replenishment.
• Coordinate with stores on customer needs and inventory inquiries.
• Work with logistics to ensure on-time delivery to stores.
• Collaborate with store teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and inventory analysis projects as requested.
