Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Allocator to plan and analyze inventory and forecast sales across stores. The role focuses on proper merchandise flow to the right stores at the right times, balancing stock levels and assortment to maximize performance.

You will work with Allocation and Buying teams, analyze trends, and maintain inventory control to support store needs and company goals. Strong Excel skills and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 2+ years retail experience in merchandise allocations/distributions preferred, or equal value of in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends, store performance and customer profiles to distribute merchandise appropriately.
• Maximize stock levels and maintain inventory flow to improve sales.
• Maintain proper category assortment by store and ensure items are in stock.
• Set up and maintain min/max parameters for store inventories.
• Collaborate with Allocation Manager to understand product mix and assortment.
• Communicate with stores and operations to learn and act on requirements and opportunities.
