Job summary

CFS located in Kendall, FL, is seeking an Inventory Accountant to drive inventory costing accuracy within the ERP system and support month-end close processes. You will reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, and work with operations to validate field inventory assets.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in cost or inventory accounting in manufacturing, distribution, or retail, with strong Excel and ERP experience. Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve inventory costing accuracy within the ERP system
• Reconcile inventory sub-ledger to general ledger and investigate discrepancies
• Analyze and resolve inventory variances and transaction inconsistencies
• Support month-end close and year-end audit processes related to inventory
• Partner with operations teams to track and validate field inventory assets
• Prepare reporting such as inventory turnover and cost analysis
