• Four (4) years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of public/business administration with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus-wide administrative and program leadership for the Center for Community Engagement’s Academic Internship and Cooperative Education programs.
• Evaluate policies and develop/implement new or revised processes in consultation with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with CSU/university policies and advise stakeholders on program matters.
• Lead partnerships, site approvals, and onboarding with internal and external partners.
• Develop orientations, workshops, and training materials for students, faculty, staff, and partners.
• Administer resources, monitor expenditures, and prepare fiscal projections to support program growth.
• Manage data and reporting for program assessment and continuous improvement.
