• Working knowledge of internship, cooperative education, and work-based learning program administration in higher education.
• Experience engaging employers, alumni and community partners, and coordinating events and outreach.
• Ability to set program priorities, develop and monitor plans, and assess outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership to coordinate a campus-wide program with academic colleges and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform decision-making for varied audiences.
