Job summary

California State Polytechnic University, Pomona's Center for Community Engagement (CCE) seeks an Administrative Analyst/Specialist II to provide campus-wide leadership for internship and cooperative education programs, coordinating with faculty, departments, and industry partners to advance experiential learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training.
• Four (4) years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of and ability to apply expertise to complex administrative programs, including laws, regulations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus-wide administrative leadership for the CCE’s Academic Internship and Cooperative Education programs, coordinating with students, faculty, departments, and community/industry partners.
• Evaluate program policies, procedures, and needs; develop and implement new or revised processes in consultation with the CCE Faculty Director.
• Ensure internship and cooperative education programs comply with university/CSU policies; advise campus stakeholders on program matters.
• Lead the administration of cooperative education processes with the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, including hires, rehires, changes, and separations with accurate KRONOS entries.
• Develop orientations, workshops, trainings, and information sessions for students, faculty, staff, and partners.
• Administer resources and monitor expenditures, analyzing financial reports and preparing program projections.
