Job summary

Nomura seeks an Internal Sales/Advisory Consultant to partner with External Sales/Advisory teams and represent Nomura's public and private investment solutions. You will engage Financial Advisors and RIAs across regions through virtual meetings, calls, and digital communications to grow assets and profitability with a consultative sales approach and market insight.

Responsibilities include developing business plans with external partners, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent (7/63/65) preferred or in progress within 3 months.
• SIE preferred with ability to complete licenses within 3 months of start date.
• Strong sales drive and proactive outreach.
• Experience analyzing data to create business plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement tactical sales strategies to increase assets, retain clients, and cultivate new business.
• Conduct consistent outreach via calls and virtual meetings to build relationships and drive sales.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of financial markets, Nomura products, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with a team to meet territory sales and activity goals; maintain CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
