• Minimum three years of internal communications experience or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of project/program management experience overseeing complex initiatives.
• Ability to partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement clear internal communication plans and content.
• Lead communication projects supporting division and agency goals.
• Produce multimedia content including video, audio, and interactive materials.
• Coordinate leadership forum content, agendas, and presenters.
• Manage schedules, run-of-show materials, and day-of logistics for meetings.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness using feedback and data.
