Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to translate organizational priorities into impactful internal messages across channels. You will lead content development, governance, and campaigns, collaborating with HR and executives to ensure alignment with culture and strategy.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, outstanding writing and editing, event management skills, and comfort handling confidential information in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail is a must.
• Event management skills a must.
• Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively.
• Must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
• Must display maturity in interfacing with executives and handling confidential information.
• Must take an active interest in the luxury industry and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust communication strategies that proactively support key business initiatives and overarching organizational priorities.
• Collaborate strategically with HR and senior business leaders to ideate, co-create and execute communication plans for commercial and corporate objectives.
• Oversee and manage the annual internal communications editorial calendar and closely collaborate with Commercial Excellence on the capacity calendar and liaise for any commercial operations communications/newsletters.
• Partner with Director on governance and ExCo comms strategy to develop high impact messages, announcements, and campaigns.
• Simplify complex business information into clear, concise, and highly engaging communications tailored for diverse employee audiences.
• Create Verbal digital, visual, reoccurring, communications collateral, toolkits
• Lead the day-to-day strategy, optimization, and governance of all internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, video, VivaEngage, digital signage).
• Define channel mix, timing and audience segmentation; maintain publishing calendars and governance.
• Strategically lead and execute complex enterprise-wide campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.
