Corner Alliance is seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in the Washington DC area on a hybrid schedule. You will design and socialize strategic initiatives across internal audiences, develop Power BI dashboards, and coordinate communications for federal client programs.

The role requires strong writing, design tool proficiency, and SharePoint expertise, with an active SECRET clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 15 years of relevant experience or a Master’s +10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI (dashboard design, filters, audience-layered views).
• Strong SharePoint experience (site building, page design, content publishing).
• Experience developing multiplatform communications materials.
• Proficiencyin PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva, Affinity Designer, Photoshop, and/or other design tools.
• Strong writing/copy skills for digital and internal comms content.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced federal environment.
• Mustpossessexcellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have an active SECRET clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SharePoint web parts using modern UI/UX best practices.
• Develop and maintain multichannel visual and written content across platforms.
• Construct Power BI dashboards with layered views and filters for stakeholders.
• Coordinate launch communications for rollout of SOPs, strategic plans, and guidance.
• Advise on change management messaging during implementation of new principles.
• Develop presentations, bespoke imagery, and branded materials per style guides.
• Design infographics, templates, and visual explainers translating directives.
• Carry out commitments to deliver, grow, and thrive.
