Job summary

Seeds Renewables is looking for a Communications Manager to spearhead our internal corporate narrative and support executive communication strategies.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in communications and a minimum of ten years of experience, preferably in aviation or technology sectors. Strong verbal and written skills, along with a collaborative spirit, are essential. This role is based in Irvine, California, and requires on-site attendance five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience in communications or related fields.
• Aviation, aerospace, tech or startup experience highly preferred.
• Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of Supernal’s internal corporate narrative.
• Draft high-stakes messaging for the CTO, CFO, and Board of Managers.
• Manage communication assets and coordinate high-impact internal events.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Fluency in Korean

Experience with Atlassian Confluence and LinkedIn

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
