Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks a Communications Specialist to craft and thread messaging for the Employee experience. You will coordinate announcements, support events, and edit communications from planning to execution.

Required: Bachelor's in Communications or English and 2–4 years of experience. Strong writing, channel knowledge, and ability to work across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or English.
• 2–4 years of experience in a communications role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal and external communication campaigns.
• Familiarity with multi-media channels and applications.
• Strong time-management, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, creates, and develops communications for internal departments and channels with key stakeholder input.
• Supports company events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
• Supports editing for company-wide communications and announcements.
• Maximizes technology to ensure all channels and platforms enhance the Employee experience.
• Builds collaborative partnerships with internal partners to ensure quality output.
• Assists with crisis communications for digital channels, media, and internal messages.
• Participates on special project teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
