Job summary

Seeds Renewables is looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Communications to develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy. This role involves overseeing all facets of corporate communications, including media relations and employee engagement, while advising senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in corporate communications and excellent storytelling skills. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred.

This senior-level role is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in North Attleborough, MA, with a base salary range of $213,600 to $293,700.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, or public relations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role at a public company.
• Ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead internal communications including executive messaging and employee engagement campaigns.
• Oversee external communications including media relations and reputation management.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communications strategy.
