Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a communications professional to provide strategy and execution for internal, employee, and change communications, supporting editorial cycles from creation to delivery for company content related to enterprise initiatives.

You will manage the editorial process, ensure accuracy and brand alignment, design deliverables for internal initiatives, and coordinate internal websites and media channels in partnership with leadership to accelerate transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in communications or marketing.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and revise materials aligned with plans (emails, newsletters, promos).
• Manage editorial process end-to-end with internal partners.
• Design and revise content for accuracy, readability and brand.
• Create deliverables to promote internal initiatives.
• Coordinate internal websites and maintain media channels.
• Drive change strategy with leadership via communications across the org.
