Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Communications Manager to lead strategy and execution for internal and employee communications. You will manage the editorial cycle, create clear content, and support change initiatives across the organization.

Working in a matrix environment, you will translate complex ideas into accessible messages, coordinate with leadership, and drive engagement through channels including internal websites and newsletters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or English.
• 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and revise materials that align with the plan, including emails, newsletters or promos.
• Manage the editorial process from creation to delivery and report content metrics.
• Design, review and revise department and partner content for accuracy and brand adherence.
• Create deliverables to promote internal initiatives and engagement programs.
• Coordinate changes for internal websites and maintain associated internal media channels.
• Partner with leadership to drive change through communications across Health Plan, Product and Shared Services.
