Job summary

Mars Snacking North America is seeking a Strategic Business Communications Director to inspire and mobilize Associates across the region. You will drive strategic clarity, oversee channels from newsletters to townhalls, and partner with senior leaders to elevate internal communications and brand ambassadorship.

The role requires a decade of communications experience, strong leadership, and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, business or related field.
• 10+ years in internal and/or external communications at senior levels.
• Ability to respond quickly and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage Associates on regional priorities to boost engagement and business performance.
• Create polished, professional communications for leadership and staff.
• Own and implement a pipeline of communications across channels.
• Draft messages for townhalls and coach leaders for strong delivery.
• Leverage data on Associate sentiment to inform strategy.
• Support Senior Leaders’ communications and internal visibility.
• Collaborate with global and cross-segment teams to elevate awareness.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Manage SharePoint and Teams channels for centralized access.
• Lead the internal communications team and governance.
• Support Associate ambassador program with external communications.
