Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• Multi‑media experience includes graphics design, video editing, electronic messaging, and digital photography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Strong written communication and ability to edit content.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Direct, create, and maintain internal communications conveying Sierra Pacific culture.
• Develop content and manage publication process for internal presentations and newsletters.
• Manage Sierra Pacific’s social media platforms to support values and reputation.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed in internal and external communications.
• Design and procure signage, merchandise, and other branding products.
• Procure and manage company‑sponsored merchandise for branding or gifts.
• Oversee multi‑media resources to support sales, marketing, and executive messaging.
• Develop and maintain multi‑media projects to support recruiting and community relations.
• Collaborate across levels to manage website content and online presence.
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion within deadlines.
• Multi‑task and stay organized amid changing priorities; some travel required.
