Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join the Anderson main office in Redding, CA. The role focuses on internal communications, multimedia content, and branding across internal and external channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce newsletters, social media assets, and recruitment materials, ensuring branding guidelines are followed while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent, directly related, and relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
• Multimedia experience includes graphics design, video editing, electronic messaging, and digital photography.
• Experience copy-editing structural content is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong written communication skills demonstrated in professional work.
• Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain discretion with confidential company information.

Responsibilities

• Direct, create, and maintain internal communications to convey company culture.
• Develop content and manage publication process for internal presentations and newsletters.
• Manage Sierra Pacific’s social media to support company values and reputation.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed in internal and external communications.
• Design and procure signage and logoed merchandise for internal/external outreach.
• Procure and manage company-sponsored merchandise for branding and gifts.
• Manage multimedia resources to support sales, marketing, and executive presentations.
• Develop multimedia projects to support recruiting and community relations.
• Collaborate across all levels to manage website content.
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion within deadlines.
• Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities while staying organized.
• Some travel is required.
