• Property & Casualty or Excess & Surplus insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise internal audit strategy aligned to priorities and risk landscape.
• Oversee third-party audit delivery, ensuring quality, independence, and efficiency.
• Act as primary liaison to the Audit Committee and executive leadership with insights on risks and governance.
• Manage end-to-end audit lifecycle from planning to issue validation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Risk Management to align audit focus with enterprise priorities.
