Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fund accounting, GAAP/IFRS, LPAs, waterfalls, and tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of fund finance across multiple funds and entities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for LPs regarding financial reporting.
• Oversee external fund administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
