Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist to support the Intelligence Community by handling administrative duties, managing calendars, RFIs, and task actions, and delivering timely recommendations under pressure. You will mentor staff and help broaden expertise within the team to meet critical client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing correspondence, read-ahead documents, and briefings.
• Ability to manage RFIs, task actions, and reports.
• Ability to manage senior leader calendars and maintain rosters and organizational charts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of administrative support experience or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to leadership and manage tasks and requirements.
• Deliver time-critical recommendations under pressure to clients.
• Mentor and share expertise with other staff; grow as a team to support customers.
