Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Intelligence Planner and project manager to coordinate strategic lines of effort, build POAMs, and define project objectives and scope.

You will schedule and assess project performance, facilitate working groups, brief senior leadership, and apply analytic or planning methodologies to improve collaboration across the IC, DoD, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of intelligence planning, or 12+ years of intelligence planning in lieu of a degree.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience in a Joint Staff or CCMD J5/J25.
• Knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support developing and coordinating key lines of effort focused on the problem set.
• Build POAMs, determine projects’ objectives and scope, schedule and assess projects' success.
• Facilitate working groups and communicate with senior leadership.
• Leverage your analytic or planning methodologies to find faster, better ways for the agency to work together.

Joint Staff/J5/J25 experience

Knowledge of Joint Operations Planning

Independent work under deadlines

Relationship building across IC/DoD/pe

Education
