Job summary

VTG seeks a team of Intelligence Requirements Coordinators to support the coordinator of customer intelligence requirements development, collection management, and advocacy within the Intelligence Community. The roles are based in Chantilly, VA and are 100% onsite.

You will develop and coordinate customer priority intelligence requirements to support strategic decision-making across operations, acquisitions, capability development and policy-making; support the IC RFI process; advocate with IC

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience levels vary by tier: Mid-level (8+ years), Senior (12+ years), Expert (15+ years).
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and lead teams in research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate customer priority intelligence requirements to support decision-making.
• Support the IC RFI process, including refinement, submission, tracking and evaluation.
• Advocate for customer intelligence requirements with IC agencies and partners.
• Coordinate with customer directorates to assist with RFI development and PIR formation.
• Facilitate access to compartmented intelligence for duty positions.
• Assist in intelligence estimates and support plans for deliberate and crisis planning.
• Maintain accuracy of intelligence in community tools for stakeholders.
• Defend analytic judgments with sound conclusions and adapt when needed.
