Job summary

VT Group (VTG) in Chantilly, VA seeks an Intelligence Operations Support Officer to join our team. You will manage intelligence reporting, share intelligence with stakeholders, and maintain continuous watch to brief leadership.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and 5–11+ years of technical experience. Overseas TDY and prior intelligence operations work are a plus; candidates should be capable of guiding teammates and coordinating with field offices.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 5–11+ years of technical related experience (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manages current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating intelligence products.
• Manages, executes, and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies.
• Monitors Indications and Warning (I&W), and determines when a threat needs to be communicated to relevant authority.
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
• May serve as a team or task lead.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations.
