Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of IC experience preferred.
• 3+ years leading all-source analysis with 10+ FTEs.
• 2+ years in economic security, counterintelligence, or related topics.
• Active DHS TS clearance required; SCI eligibility preferred.
• Strong analytic tradecraft, research and writing skills are essential.
• Experience producing intelligence products for senior decision-makers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities supporting intelligence analysis and mission support operations.
• Provide programmatic and administrative support for planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Support strategic planning, contingency planning, and lessons learned analysis.
• Develop and track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Improve operations through enhanced tools and processes.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track reports and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings and project materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate exercises and operational initiatives.
• Track tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-team communication across partner organizations.
• Assist in policy and procedure development for project activities.
• Identify partnerships and research opportunities to support mission objectives.
• Monitor progress and report metrics and risks.
