Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to support the 43rd Intelligence Squadron at Cannon AFB, NM. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating with various units, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalently experienced substitute. Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant analysis experience.
• Experience within the last 2 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Squadron Commander.
• Review reports and correspondence for accuracy.
• Manage daily administrative functions.
• Compile and prepare reports for Commander review.
• In-process newly assigned personnel.
• Coordinate and prepare for Commander meetings.
• Collaborate with support staff and leadership.
• Train Airmen on administrative functions.
