You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, partner with the Director of Integrations, and ensure consistent practices across system initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
7 years of relevant experience across broad initiatives, system-wide programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic oversight and project leadership for transactions and integrations, including due diligence, governance, and execution.
Leads programs by coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring timely outcomes.
Manages cross-functional teams, coordinating interdependencies and risks.
Fosters collaborative culture and ensures timely updates, escalation of issues, and decision tracking.
Develops and improves SOPs, playbooks, tools, templates, and resources for consistent execution.
Ensures compliance with playbooks and standards and documents deviations for review.
