Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related area plus 3 years of experience; 3 years can be substituted with additional experience.
• Familiarity with insurance products, pricing models, and broker relationships is expected.

Responsibilities

• Retain a book of business by understanding the insurance market and developing relationships with business and broker communities.
• Understand pricing models, including self-funding, reinsurance, and alternative funding mechanisms.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned brokers and employer groups for service needs.
• Sell and retain commercial memberships in the assigned territory to meet monthly quotas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and coordinate with Sales to address client requirements.
