Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Quantico, Virginia seeks an Instructional Systems Designer to analyze curricula and develop assessment-based learning objectives for multi-program environments. You will create lesson plans and integrated scenarios to support testing and evaluation in a joint setting across training programs.

The role requires extensive experience in curriculum analysis, objectives development, and instructor preparation, with a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing curricula and program assessment requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of experience conducting analysis, identifying, articulating, and validating the new assessment requirements, creating learning objectives, and developing lesson plans.
• Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery data to provide feedback/data.
• Master’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business or other technology.
• Equivalency: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business or other technology plus 4 additional years of experience.
• Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze curricula and program assessment requirements to develop new assessment requirements and learning objectives.
• Develop lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies that support testing and evaluation.
• Create integrated scenarios for practical application assessments in a joint environment across training programs.
• Ensure alignment of training solutions to requirements and assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and delivery data.
• Provide feedback/data to leadership for assessment and management of the coordinated training programs.
