Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented Instructional Designer to support go‑to‑market and sales enablement initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design, with a focus on developing eLearning and ILT content.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and Multimedia Design.
• Experience in developing ILT/VILT content.
• Financial services knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design sales enablement and marketing-aligned learning assets.
• Evaluate effectiveness of enablement initiatives using engagement metrics.
• Oversee administration of the Absorb LMS platform.
• Design and develop learning support materials.
• Support product launches with training and marketing materials.

Experience with Articulate 360

Strong written and verbal communication skills
