The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in investor relations or institutional sales support, with FINRA licenses preferred or the ability to obtain quickly, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills along

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Institutional Sales Support, Client Service, or Alternatives distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• FINRA licenses or ability to obtain quickly; strong Excel/PowerPoint; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Relationship Managers across the full investor lifecycle: outreach, diligence, onboarding, and ongoing servicing.
• Own meeting logistics and follow-up: briefs, notes, actions, investor communications.
• Maintain high-touch coverage of client and prospect requests with responsiveness and accuracy.
• Create plan for follow up and ensure deliverables (DDQs/RFPs, data requests) are completed.
• Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards; summarize pipeline and activity.
• Track leads and maintain CRM data hygiene; surface bottlenecks and follow-ups.
