The position emphasizes collaboration with departments, data collection, and timely reporting to leadership and external agencies, with a focus on policy monitoring and compliance for ongoing accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with compliance, assessment, accreditation, or higher education administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional effectiveness and compliance initiatives, including assessment, planning, and continuous improvement processes.
• Support institutional accreditation activities, reporting, documentation, and compliance efforts.
• Collect and report data related to student success, enrollment, retention, completion, and program outcomes.
• Assist departments in developing measurable goals, outcomes, and assessment strategies.
• Prepare institutional reports, surveys, and presentations for leadership and external agencies.
