Job summary

Biesse America seeks a highly organized, technically driven professional to coordinate heavy capital equipment installations, commissioning activities, maintenance interventions, and customer support operations. This role serves as a liaison between customers, Field Service Technicians, internal departments, and HQ teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Bilingual in Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation tasks and installation timeline estimates.
• Coordinate technical teams for installation and commissioning schedules.
• Organize remote or on-site support logistics for Field Service Technicians.
• Identify and escalate troubleshooting issues to the Project Manager Installation.
• Support field service uptime by tracking repair progress through machine acceptance.
• Coordinate installation and warranty interventions and escalate delays or risks.
• Execute maintenance contract activities and billable interventions as scheduled.
• Prepare and submit service quotations for review and approval.
• Schedule and dispatch Work Orders to technicians using the skills matrix.
• Attend weekly meetings with Sales, Logistics, and HQ to report progress.
