Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment firm to hire an associate focused on commercial data insights within its strategy and business development function. The role translates complex data into actionable recommendations that influence client engagement, product thinking and overall business strategy.

You will combine hands-on analysis with stakeholder collaboration, define BI needs, present conclusions to senior leaders and work with data and software teams to improve information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years in commercial insights or strategic analysis.
• Strong commercial judgment, project management and data-visualisation skills.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience using prompt engineering for coding, plus familiarity with applied statistics and Python for data retrieval, transformation and visualisation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; CRM or engagement-data experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data affecting marketing, client engagement, retention, product development and communications.
• Turn analysis into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business intelligence requirements and implement recommendations.
• Work with international data and engineering teams to improve analytical datasets and relevant business systems.
• Support better use of relationship management, communications, transaction and client-experience data.
