Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales support environment with customer relationship and maintenance responsibility.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated sales and servicing skills with strong achievement orientation.
• Problem solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions to customer problems.
• Demonstrated mathematical understanding and application.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and opportunity pipeline metrics to support commercial revenue goals.
• Servicing, up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Responds to customer inquiries via phone, fax or email with high level servicing.
• Quote prices and schedule delivery commitments to obtain orders.
• Initiate calls to progress opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle order-related complaints, investigate issues, and ensure resolution.
• Enter, modify, or cancel orders in the system and interpret customer prints.
• Provide product and market knowledge to counsel customers and drive value-added selling.
• Develop product and market knowledge, seeking conversions and opportunities for value-added selling.
• Coordinate outside purchasing when needed to fill customer orders.
