Qualifications

• One year of experience in a sales support environment with customer relationship duties.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
• Solid customer service orientation and ability to build productive business relationships.
• Demonstrated sales and servicing skills with achievement orientation.
• Problem solving skills with ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated mathematical understanding and application.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and pipeline metrics supporting revenue goals.
• Serves, up-sells and cross-sells to existing customers.
• Responds to inquiries via phone, fax or email and provides high-level servicing.
• Quotations, delivery commitments and order entry per customer requirements.
• Initiates calls to progress opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handles order-related complaints and coordinates resolution.
• Enter and modify/cancel orders; interpret customer prints for quotes.
