Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in high-volume outbound calling with relationship-based sales.
• 2–3 years sales background a plus with cursory industry understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to communicate value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multi-line reps to drive sales with existing and new accounts.
• Communicates Outdoor Cap’s value proposition and brand knowledge.
• Opens new accounts and grows existing accounts via calls, webinars, and sessions.
• Maintains professionalism, integrity and teamwork in communications.
• Handles Dealer/Distributor relationships, offering solutions that grow sales.
• Upholds mission, values, and pillars by acting with integrity.
