Job summary

Core & Main is a leading supplier serving municipalities, private water companies, and contractors with focus on water, wastewater, and storm drainage products. This role emphasizes managing orders, handling quotes, and leveraging upsell opportunities across diverse accounts.

You will engage with clients, maintain relationships, and contribute to the sales process in a fast-paced setting while leveraging product knowledge of underground materials and related services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
• Product knowledge of underground materials, including water services, sewer systems, stormwater management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
• Assist with the sales process and upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
• Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment and build long-term relationships with customers
