Core & Main is seeking a motivated team member to support sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will help manage the sales process, identify upsell opportunities, and oversee customer orders and quotes across multiple channels.

We value proactive problem-solving, relationship-building, and teamwork as we support municipalities, contractors, and private customers with essential infrastructure products and services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success working with customers.
• Inventory sales/order systems experience.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
• Product knowledge of underground materials, including water services, sewer systems, stormwater management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the sales process and upsell opportunities while handling current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with clients in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.
