Job summary

Black & Veatch's EDS Innovation Portfolio Manager leads the portfolio from concept through pilot, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes. You coordinate with EDS, technology, operations, and solution leaders to balance experimentation with risk, resource allocation, and value delivery.

• 12+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering innovation intake and evaluation process.
• Maintain visibility and reporting across active innovation initiatives.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing opportunities based on business needs and expected value.
• Track project status, risks, outcomes, and resource requirements.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports and executive summaries.
• Monitor progress against defined success measures.
