You will balance experimentation with risk, allocate resources, and drive measurable business value through strong leadership and collaboration.

• 12+ years of applicable experience in engineering, innovation, or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the EDS innovation portfolio from concept to pilot to benefits realization.
• Facilitate governance, stage‑gate evaluations, and portfolio reporting with leadership.
• Develop business cases, track ROI, and promote adoption of new technologies.
• Engage with external technology providers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation initiatives.
• Lead or supervise professionals across EDS, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
