This 12-month Academic Administrator role reports to the Dean and leads EdVantageUNI, expanding professional learning, credentials, and outreach programs to grow enrollment and sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Earned doctorate or terminal degree in education or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in higher education, PK-12, workforce development, or related setting.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, projects, and organizational change.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across units and stakeholders.
• Experience securing or managing externally funded initiatives.

• Leads strategic innovation and emerging initiatives across the College of Education.
• Oversees EdVantageUNI and professional learning, continuing education, credentials, and services.
• Develops and scales externally facing programs responding to education and workforce needs.
• Pursues externally funded initiatives including grants, contracts, and DoL opportunities.
• Builds strategic external partnerships to expand enrollment and impact.
