Qualifikationen

• Earned terminal degree in a field related to CEHD.
• Record of research, scholarship, and/or creative activity sufficient for tenure as Professor.
• Experience with externally funded research and grant development.
• Academic, research, or administrative leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of a College-wide research and innovation strategy.
• Advance CEHD's research strength and external funding opportunities.
• Strengthen CEHD’s capacity to secure external funding and grants.
• Foster interdisciplinary research teams and collaborations.
• Oversee sponsored research support, administration, and investments.
• Coordinate CEHD centers, institutes, and research initiatives.
• Advise on strategic allocation of research resources.
• Translate CEHD research through external partnerships and impact.
