• 7 years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, or related work.
• Valid Class E driver license required.
• Knowledge of business analysis, Quality Assurance, and workflow tools; project management methodologies.
• Excellent oral, written, and public speaking communication skills with facilitation abilities.
• Ability to problem solve independently, think analytically, and work in high-volume team environments.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities.
