The role drives high-impact initiatives across planning, governance, and operational excellence to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

The Advisor collaborates with Human Resources, Accounting, Risk Management, Facilities Management, and Auxiliary Services to shape and execute cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic, operational, and process-improvement initiatives.

• Develop clear roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics with governance support.
• Shape communications and reports to inform internal and external audiences.
• Translate data into dashboards and performance metrics to track progress.
