Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, project management, governance, or risk activities within a financial services organization
• Experience coordinating strategic work across multiple stakeholders, business partners, or organizational functions
• Experience developing reports, presentations, analyses, or business recommendations for executive management review
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established deadlines
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting information to business partners or executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Leads business initiatives and project activities that support strategic objectives and operational priorities
• Partners with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to drive alignment, execution, and issue resolution
• Coordinates internal documentation, approvals, funding requests, audits, and other business processes in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Supports governance, operational risk, compliance, and control activities across the business
• Analyzes business processes and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational performance
• Develops reporting, presentations, and business insights to support leadership decision-making
• Monitors project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to support successful implementation of initiatives
• Supports business reviews, execution tracking, pipeline management, and partner engagement activities
