Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile individual to join us as a Strategic Business Manager. In this role, you will be entrusted with some of the company’s top priorities, ranging from transforming current operations and identifying efficiencies to rethinking the company’s future and driving profitable growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term success of the organization by developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that align with our overall vision. By leveraging market insights, you will uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to develop business cases and drive opportunities from ideation to execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including transformation, finance, and operations, to make actionable recommendations, create operational guidelines, and lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and measurable financial impact.
• Work with senior leadership to solve complex problems, drive growth, and help the organization achieve its strategic goals.
• Inspire teams to work collaboratively, ensuring the effective execution of strategies that contribute to the company’s sustained success and innovation.

Strategic Initiatives

• Identify, define, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
• Seek opportunities to rethink operational approaches, streamline processes, and incorporate technology or external expertise to enhance efficiency.
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing frameworks, tools, and recommendations to drive business growth and transformation.

Project Management And Change Management

• Lead end-to-end project execution from scoping to implementation and post-project measurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove obstacles, and maintain accountability to ensure timely delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of project outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts, securing stakeholder buy-in and driving adoption of strategic initiatives.

Business And Data Analysis

• Conduct data and financial analyses to identify opportunities, assess ROI, and provide data-backed strategic recommendations.
• Present compelling, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and optimize results.
• Provide actionable insights to refine operational and strategic outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in strategy; an advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, development, data analytics, or strategy.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to craft data-driven narratives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
• Self-starter, adaptable, with creative and pragmatic analytical approaches.
