Everforth ECS seeks a Strategic Initiatives Officer to support a high-level advisory role, driving and managing major organizational projects and strategies at the Springfield, VA site. The role includes both internal process realignment and external partnership development, with multinational focus and senior-leader engagement.

Responsibilities include tracking issues, developing guidance, coordinating with leadership, and producing high-level reports.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly as part of security requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of strategic planning, program management, or policy development experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director in tracking operational and strategic issues across meetings and brief leadership on statuses.
• Develop implementation guidance for the directorate based on guidance from Front Office.
• Identify multinational needs and requirements to deepen international partnerships.
• Prepare final versions of guidance and policy documentation for leadership approval.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure stakeholders are present for decision briefs affecting mission and directorate.
• Draft analytical reports and publications and support planning of multinational engagements.
• Create and maintain databases, SharePoint sites, and summary data.
• Assist in planning multinational engagements domestically and abroad.
• Process NOAA license actions and prepare IC-wide policy exemptions.
• Support space and international policy initiatives for IC/DoD.
• Coordinate NSC implementation guidance on commercial imagery policy across IC/DoD.
• Provide governance support for multinational initiatives.
• Draft congressional talking points and leadership summaries.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for IC/DoD collaboration on commercial imagery.
• Assist multinational teams in defining and executing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
