TULK invites a Strategic Initiatives Officer Senior in Springfield, VA to guide the development and execution of the organization’s most critical strategic initiatives. You will lead enterprise-wide programs, governance, and KPIs while partnering with DoD, IC, and international partners.

The role demands a Master’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance. A strong background in policy, program management, and executive counsel is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required (additional accesses or polygraph possible).
• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in strategic planning, policy, or program management.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to draft strategic guidance and policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal advisor to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide governance, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate engagements with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.
• Identify risks and propose innovative solutions to strategic challenges.
• Oversee cross-agency cooperation and resource alignment for projects.
• Prepare executive reports and talking points for congressional audiences.
