Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, liberal arts, or a related area of study preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• At least five years’ work experience coordinating projects, building team systems and processes, and communicating effectively.
• Travel: this position may require occasional business travel.
• Experience in budgeting, financial, and grant management functions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong communication and collaboration infrastructure across the three strategic pillars; facilitate shared learning and knowledge transfer.
• Serve as Impact Team liaison to the Uncommon Leader Awards work group and ensure coherence across grant pathways.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes; identify workflow gaps and opportunities.
• Provide strategic sensemaking and translate cross-cutting insights into recommendations for leadership.
• Develop productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to advance strategic initiatives.
• Prepare requested data and updates for board reports and provide insights after grant closures.
